?WordPress email validation?

  • I have a problema with my WordPress 2.2.1.

    I receive an email notification when a new user registrates in my blog. I know WordPress sent to him a random password, but without login in the user already appear in my users admin panel, also if the email adress is false. There’s some way to validate email adresses? Or plugin?
