Current Theme never changes

  • I loades a bunch of themes to try. I fould one I like called ALMOST BOXES (blue) 1.0
    My problem is that I can’t get rid of it now. No matter which theme I select to be current this theme won’t go away.
    Also when the ALMOST BOXES does not diaplay correctly. The side bar is below the Main Post Body of the theme.
    I removed the theme by deleting the files using cPANEL
    I looked in the files section using cPanel but can find no files FOR the ALMOST BOXES theme. I don’t know why it keeps showing up?

    Anyone have this experience?

  • refresh the browser ?? twice?? if you deleted the wp-content/theme/almost boxes directory, then the theme is total gone…

    can you switch to default or classic , then view site (refresh) and see that your blog is not default ?

    Discovered the problem!
    But to answer your question, inside the dasboard the themes could be switched to current theme. But when the blog was viewed the same theme was there and never changed.

    Yes I deleted the wp-content/theme etc.. But… The theme was aparently stored in the browser cache.
    Just emptied the browser cache and that solved the problem.
