Is Alora alive and compatible?

    I’ve purchased the Alora theme, and have had a few problems, and they haven’t responded to my support questions.

    I tried to download their demo so I could study it, and it completely blew up, so I had to reinstall WP from scratch. So I did, and now I’ve downloaded their demo again, but it looks nothing like the demo on their site; theirs works, but mine doesn’t…things overlap and look weird.

    Is Alora dead? I have 30 days to get my money back, apparently…

    Have you asked on the developer’s forums here?

    That’s the best place as these forums don’t have any info about commercial themes.
