Apart from the lack of metadata in unsplash.com’s photos that would make searching for photo subjects possible, this is a nice replacement for the Flickr-Pick-a-Picture plugin which is no longer working.

One criticism+request: coloring the already huge post editor button bright purple is an aggressive and unwanted deviation from the standard appearance of the WP admin interface. Could there at least be an option to leave the color out?

I agree 100%, it’s hideous ?? and too be honest I disable the plugin when I’m not using it because that button is so ugly and distracting. I think I wanted it to stand out when I originally built it.

That said, I just haven’t time to work on the plugin over the past few months but because it bothers you that much i’ll get a fixed out for this next week.

    Cheers!

    Hi Dan,
Just got around to fixing this for you.

New version has been uploaded… I also moved Unsplash WP to under the Media menu in the WP admin.
