    Hi all,

I have this problem. Have installed the Members plugin, made a new role so that I can edit, view, create and reply to tickets..

The problem: when I check the edit_tickets box, I can’t submit the tickets from the front-end. That’s weird of course..

How can I get all capabilities to do for the users with those tickets?

You’re correct. The edit_ticket capability is for agents or above, and they can only create tickets / reply to tickets through the backend in order to correctly log all their actions. Front-end submission is for users only. Also, you should not give this capability to users, only agents and above.

Thanks for the answer. But I want to give them full access to editing etcetera. Isn’t this possible? Cause if I go admin, I have not the permission to add a ticket via front-end, for example. I find that rather odd.
