Plug In Suggestions for Photo Gallery with Front End User Submissions

Does anyone have a suggestion for a community gallery where users can upload photos to a specific gallery using a front end interface?
I am not looking for a social type gallery that is on their profile page, but a global gallery that uses categories.
It doesn’t matter if it is free or premium.
