Problem Banner Wide NOT display images on portable devices

    halo I′m a user of Circumference lite, and the theme its great!
    but i have one problem i can′t find the solution.

    I′m using the plugin METASILDER on the Banner Wide widget.
    The website displays well all picture content on the computer (crome, firefox, safari, explorer) but i cant see the photos of the banner and some other pictures on the iphoe/ipad or the samsung galaxy.
    It apears a blue cuention mark icon [?] on just some of the photos uploaded.

    Do you have any clue why is this happening?

    I have re-updoaded pictures as .png or .jpeg but no good results.
    Also on different resolutions but some are stillnot displayed.

    halo thanks for checking the site.
    the problem does not happen on the computers, it just happends on the portable devices.
    I have tested it on the ipad/iphone&samsung galaxy and does not work, they images on the banner and the last of the 4 highlight pictures bellow the banner.
    and im a bit lost because of this problem

    Yes the slider images is not showing in the mobile version, which slider are you using ?

    Halo thank you very much for the answer:
    Im using METASLIDER Versión 3.3.1 | by Matcha Labs
    and its located as a widget on the Bannerwide section.

    Also happends bellow on the 4th photo on the widget TOP 4 called “Terapìa infantil”

    Hi ELDEMARRAS,

    The Top 4 widget is displaying correctly in our mobile devices, only problem is the images, and regarding the problem it might be due to the metaslider itself. So could you contact the metaslider support once.
