403 Forbidden error when client tries to download purchased product

  • Hey everyone,

    Since February, irregularly and randomly, some clients get a 403 persmission error when they want to download a virtual and downloadable product they have just purchased. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I could not etsablish a pattern. I get it myself as admin.

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/XXX on this server.

    Not using any security plugin, not using any caching plugin.
    Any idea?
