Unable to Edit Profile

I am unable to save any edits on my profile with the plugin Activated,
I would like to add a job description and link to my google plus, facebook and twitter account to the Starbox but when I click update profile button after entering all the info- the page refreshes and doesn’t update.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
