No response from Supsytic.

Please tell me – did you get response from our team for now? Can you describe me your problem here?

The problem is that I don’t get response when filling in the contact form.
The website tells you you’ll get a free pro version if you translate the plugin language file. I translated the .po file and filled in the contact form with the question were to send it to. But no response…

So, no response for now too? Did you tried to check spam folder? Also, please try to send message again – maybe there was some problem with our mail server. If you will not get any response again – please let me know here.

I’ve sent a couple of messages through the plugins contact form, appears to never send.

I didn’t found any message from you about this issue, maybe this is fail of our support system, but I found other email in our support – with subject “Beta version” – about this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/slider-list-phpcode . So, I sent message to you there – and you should get reply from us, and we can talk there. Also, please be careful – don’t send translation before you will ask in our support team – does we already have such translation or no.

I waited patiently, but this is going nowhere…
Sins there is only the contact form (which don’t work properly)to make contact on the supsytic website, means that there will be more communication problems in the future. (in my opinion).

I deleted the translations I’ve created. There are enough people who can translate and supsytic doesn’t seem to much in a hurry to make contact.
