Not able to add or delete

https://staravian.org/support-us-category/our-adoptable-birds/I can’t add new products/items, although they show up when I view as an admin, they don’t show up when I view as a visitor on the product category view.
Deleting products is the same way- they show up as deleted as an admin, but not as a user on the product category view.
Could someone please help me with this?
