Cannot log in after upgrading

    After upgrading my wordpress to v. 2.2.1 I’am unable to log on to the admin pages.
    Even though I have changed the passwords in the database via phpMyAdmin, it still doesn’t work.
    When I try try to log on to ../blog/wp-login.php I get the following message:
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
    and nothing else.

    Any suggestions?
