Side bar background change for Magazinly Theme?

Hi everyone,

I know its a bit basic may be for many of you but i am not an it expert so please bear with me. I have a website which has News Magazine theme installed named Magazinly.

I can not figure out how on earth can i change the color of background of my sidebar and also if i wish to highlight the widgets titles in sidebar how do people do this?

I will appreciate any kind of help.
