Drop down and select from database

Dear wordpressers,

I am looking for a plugin that has a dropdown menu, for example with ‘squat’ ‘bench press’ etc. and when you select one that the files that are ‘with’ that selection appear on the front end.

For example the user selects ‘squat’ behind that, an image of that excersize will show + how many reps etc.

Squat (select) –> image apears –> reps apears
