Featured Image Sizing/Cropping

I’m using the Magazine Pro theme on Genesis on WP 4.1.1. Here’s the site.

I don’t suppose there’s a way to make each image fit perfectly inside a tile, is there? Even if the images rearranged themselves to form a type of tiled gallery so each image was shown completely?
