Can't Add question or edit a poll

    Hello,

    I’m using this plugin for a while now. Something like 3 years, posting a poll on my website each week. And it’s a great plugin for sure.

    But now, when I add a new poll, I can’t add more answers, nor edit start/end date. I can’t open/close the poll neither.
    Basically all the form actions don’t work except one! Manually changing the the numbers of voters works.

    I tried on Chrome and Firefox, with a clear cache. No errors are displaying in the console. I quite baffled.

    Hmm, I am pretty sure it is a JS issue somewhere because those actions you mentioned are done by AJAX calls. It might not be an error, it might be because some plugin conflict removes the poll-admin-js.js from being loaded?

    I would suggest switching to the default theme to see if it works first. If it still doesn’t you will have to disable the plugin one by one to find the conflict.

    Unfortunately that is the only way.

    I’ve disabled my plugins one by one, testing editing a poll inbetween, and I noticed some strange behaviour.

    After having deactivated a plugin, suddenly I could add a answer. Then, re-refreshing the form, I couldn’t anymore.
    Then I reactivated the plugin, and re-testing adding an answer works. Or not, or yes. Curious.

    Maybe something network related ? Preventing loading of the .js occasionaly ?

    Not that I am aware of. This is the first time I heard of this issue actually. So I am as clueless as you.

    I’m having the same exact problem. Tried deleting and reinstalling the plug-in. No change. Unfortunately, this poll is supposed to go “live” tomorrow.

    I’m at a loss.

    I have the same problem. I remember it started right after their latest update. I was hoping it got fixed by now. Too bad, this used to be a nice plug in. Too bad.
