@beccibecci Do you have a csv from another plugin? The popups are stored as WordPress posts and post meta, I have someone working on an option to import/export via CSV but I’m not sure how long before it would be ready.

No it is not generated form a plugin it is from an custom created CRM system. The data are very simple, e.g. picture 1, picture 2, text (html), title, id.

I found some nice plugins for CSV import like “WP Ultimate CSV Importer” but I am unsure if I can combine that with your Popup Maker plugin. Because plugin usualy would create websites in standard WordPress format and not the format of your Popup Maker plugin.

It would be very nice if you could help me with that.

    Thanks

    Please help me ??

I wrote at the “WP Ultimate CSV Importer Plugin” Support forum the following:

I tried already working with the export and import function. I think that would be an option, but it would be many manual work. Because I have to copy the data form the CSV file to the XML file in the correct format. As well I am unsure about the value for the popup_auto_open_cookie_key. Can I just generate some ID by my self?

    I hope that was understandable.
    Thanks in advance.

Popup Maker uses the standard WP Format you mentioned. The cookie key can be any random or non random set of characters so you can easily create those.

As for converting the CSV, if you found a plugin that can convert it to WP post types then that will work fine. As for the manual conversion, that unfortunately may be something you would have to do since you are coming from a non WP Format.

In the end though you will likely still have to set up targeting of the popups unless you have previously mapped all the pages/posts from your old CMS to new IDs which would be needed.

    Hope this helps.
