Just so you’re aware, in 1.7 the menu toggle is going to change slightly (the way it works now is pretty prone to theme conflicts – I want to make it more reliable), so that CSS might not work, I will update that page once 1.7 is out. So if it stops worknig after you upgrade, just check for an update in the documentation.
