The word 'by' appearing in portfolio thumbnail

    On my portfolio pages I show thumbnails of other portfolio pages similar to the one being viewed, using the following shortcode

    [portfolio display_types=false display_tags=false include_tag=istapsp, columns=3 showposts=10 orderby=title]

    Before the text of the similar page listed the word ‘by’ appears. How can I remove this ‘by’?

    Hi there, I’m unable to reproduce this on my test site. Can you double check that “by” is not in the actual text content within your Projects? When I view the source code on portfolio/italian-panzanella/ , I’m seeing it right in the entry content paragraph.

    Have you edited any of the theme files?

    Thanks for your response.

    ‘By’ isn’t in the actual text content yet it is in the source code, I haven’t edited the theme files. Your questions helped me look at the problem again and finally see what was causing the issue. The problem was that the Social Media Feather plugin that I was using has a icon stating their name ‘by…’, which somehow got turned into text in my project. I’ve deactivated this plugin and my local version is now fixed.
