Problems with Appearance/Customize in 2 different themes

I am having problems with customizing 2 themes, haven’t checked to see if it impacted more than these two– Parabola and Bootstrap Responsive Ecommerce

When I go to Appearance Customize – in Parabola, it will not let me select an image for background.
I can update the tagline and widgets, but nothing graphic can be selected.

When I try to change background color in Bootstrap, it would not let me change background color, nor can I select a background image, and I had to change a header image with ftp not using the Customize feature (seem to be stuck with pale blue background color, so had to change the header).

Both these themes seemed to be fully functional within the last month (though I admit, I don’t try to change background images or colors very often. Have been failing since about 3 weeks ago?

What is happening? and is there a fix, across the board?

Running 4.1.1 in Parabola with tbesisterhood.org/marketplace-test/

I can’t tell which version of wordpress I am running on tbebulbsale.com, with Ecommerce, but nothing is asking me to update.
