Plugin Hook for triggering action when a cache pile is updated or deleted

Hello, We use CloudFlare to statically cache posts made on our WordPress site. We would like to build a WP Super cache plugin that would delete our CloudFlare cache of the post when our WP Super Cached / Cached posts are updated or delete.
I looked at the WP Super Cache For Developers page and could not locate any existing function to trigger off of and would prefer not to modify the plugin code itself.
Any ideas or suggestions?
