Redirecting links in Post Meta text

  • I want to link the hotlink for the author of a post to a profile I’ve built in the portfolio instead of showing the information for the user.

    So where it says “By Abby Crone|March 15th, 2015 Read More” I want the “Abby Crone” to link to the profile I’ve built, not the author/user profile that is automatically generated. Can anyone help with this?
