Huge media library – want to backup the new files only

I have a blog that has a huge media library. Whenever the UDP backs up my blog, it backs up all of the files, including the ones that it has backed up in the past. I want to make it so that it only backs up the ones that have been added since the last backup.

For example, say I backed up on March 1st and it included these files:
1.png
2.png
3.png

Now, on March 25th, I have these files:
1.png
2.png
3.png
4.png
5.png

I want UDP to only back up 4.png and 5.png, not re-backup 1-3 and then 4 and 5 as well.

Is this possible?
