clicking on any field open an image in a new tab,why?

I’m sure the solution must be simple!
I have added a form to my site
https://www.suspensionespresso.com/learn/art-events/
I have just tested it however and discovered that any field I click into does not let me input any data, instead it opens an image in a new tab.
What have I done wrong?
