Romanian – characters with diacritics dispaly in different font

    When I try to display text in Romanian language, I have a problem with the characters that have diacritics e.g.?, ?, ?, ? and a. The charactoer and the diacritic are dispayed, but iin a different font to the “normal” characters. Any suggestions as to what I should do to correct this problem?

    I’m using the Professional theme from Elegant Themes.

    I am a COMPLETE beginner when it comes to websites and HTML.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi David. If your using a premium theme I would first contact the developer for help. It just means that they haven’t coded for that option. They should be able to give you some custom code and tell you where to paste it in your theme to solve this problem.

    This post on Stackoverflow gives a good explanation on how to do it yourself, but maybe the theme developer would want to add it to their core.
