    Hello,

First of all, thanks for a great plugin.

We have a problem with post specific data, the plugin is working correctly adding the code and showing data on the dashboard however when we click on the small analytics link on the posts page for each article, no data is shown, everything is at 0 (which is not possible).

Do you have any idea why?

Originally I thought it needed time to collect the data but we have waited 2 days.

  • In your Google Analytics account, go to your View Settings and check if the Website’s URL matches your domain name.

In 4.6 there will be some improvements regarding proper URI detection for posts/pages reports.

The two domains are identical, is there anything else I could check?

Check if your page path matches the page URI from your Google Analytics account -> Behavior -> Site Content -> All Pages.

You can use the gadwp_backenditem_uri to correct the differences between the real page path ($SERVER[“REQUEST URI”]) and the one reported in Google Analytics.

gadwp_backenditem_uri should return the page URI found in your Google Analytics account to properly generate and retrieve the report.
