Grid Page Text

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to set how much text shows in the page excerpt on the grid page. You can see here – https://artfulbizcon.com/speakers/ my speaker 2 example has quite a long excerpt – I would like it to be more like the one line that shows in the theme demo.
