New posts not appearing on top of feed

Hi there,
Totally new to blogging – help is deeply appreciated!

I’ve written four posts to date – the first three appeared in normal order, with the newest post on the top, but after I published the fourth post, it appeared between the others posts, not appearing on the top of the feed. I have since tried writing additional test posts, they also appear randomly in the middle. I don’t want to apply a sticky note, just want the newest post to appear at the top of the page going forward.
