    Hi,
You’re talking about the captcha text which you enter on the frontend, right? There is a timeout, that invalidates the entered captcha after some time. The timeout was done by google and is not caused by the plugin.
(Or is it the API keys at the options page…?)

I should have been more clear, I see that now.
It is the API keys in the options page.

I’m trying to figure out why, because this has happened on every single site that I have installed this plugin. Suddenly keys are reset, I have to enter them again, and it takes 4-5 times before they are actually saved… minutes later reset again.

The plugin is testing the API keys frequently. When the test fails for some reason, it shows the “Please setup keys” message.
I found a little (and somewhat embarrasing – must have been sleeping) mistake in the testing function and fixed it. Version 1.1.4 will be up soon. I can’t say if this fixes your issue also.

Do you use a wildcard keypair (valid on each and every domain)? If yes you should get a fresh one from google anyway, they do not allow to create wildcards any more and likely they will deprecate them eventually.

This does seem to have solved the problem. Thanks! I can finally go back to proving I’m not a human. ??
