Blank theme in preview

    In the support information it says not to activate an added theme (via cPanel) if the preview screen is blank. It says to hold off on activating until you investigate further. It does not say however how to resolve this problem or how to investigate. Any help would be very much appreciated!

  • What theme and what support information?

    Note that these forums don’t support commercial themes, so if the problem is with a commercial version, you’ll need to ask the developers of the theme via their dedicated support.
