    Do you want to disable the feature that a hashtag gets added to your url?
    If yes, please note that CopyNShare feature ShareThis is enabled on your site because of which a hashtag is appended to a url of your site.

    Go to your WordPress Plugin Setting Page, in ShareThis Plugin Configuration Menu –

    On the 4th Step -> uncheck the box against
    [] Measure copy and shares of your website’s content
    [] Measure copy and shares of your website’s URLs

    And save the changes.
    This will disable the CopyNShare feature.
