2. Have you this issue just a few days or right after installation?

I’ve just changed the URL to https://swarkansasnews.com but you will need to either use our DNS or manually add swarkansasnews.com to your hosts file to see it at the moment, IP address 69.175.81.115 and 108.163.199.112.

The plugin isn’t customized in any way, and yes, the problem is immediately after installation.

We guess, we found the issue.
Your server returns 503 error (Service Temporarily Unavailable) for some AJAX requests and JavaScript stops working after that.
We will add hot-fix for this issue shortly, but we think, that the problem is in your server settings.

If the problem is in our server settings, any idea on what might be causing that?

We have discussed possible server issues with our System Administrator and you can find list of the possible problems below:
– limitation on connections number;
– .htaccess settings;
– firewall settings.

Also, additional info about errors can be found in the server error log.

We add hotfix for your issue with last update. Could you please update the plugin and inform if issue was fixed.

I believe it has fixed the problem because everything has been working perfectly throughout the day after the update.
