Appointment Calendar Not Working

I installed the Appointment Calendar at brelevantsocial.com. The large calendar looks awesome on the page, but the calendar will only allow me to schedule an appointment for today (March 31). It doesn’t allow me to select any future dates!
I am using Highend Theme, I don’t have Jet Pack installed.
Please help!
