It worked Now It Shakes

  • This worked great for the past few weeks, then we removed an IP range and now we cannot add it back or any other range. We just get the shake.

    Where is the IP list stored? is it in a Db table or in a file.
    I would like to see if the the addresses are still listed and maybe just deactivated.

    Does this try to validate the IP address/range or is it just a text entry somewhere?

  • Was this resolved? This is happening to us as well on a new WP site. Doesn’t matter if we try one IP or a range. Previously entered IP ranges still work for other sites in our WP multi-site network.
