  • I am having the same issue. How long does it take for support to respond?

Having the exact same problem. It seems like nested slugs aren’t working?

Our apologies for the inconvenience, there was an email issue (on our end) with support notifications not getting sent out. We have fixed the issue and will do our best to provide support.

Please let me know if you are still having issues with the latest version.

    I am having this problem.
When I create a new press release and try to view it, I get Page Not Found.
    My site is https://ammache01.kpwebservices.com.au/press/.

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Hello,

Thanks for posting about this. It appears the permalinks may not have been correctly cleared from the database for you, at least at first. But now I am able to see your press release page just fine, so I hope this is resolved.

When the plugin is installed, or when the Nooz Settings page is saved, those permalink entries (URL rewrite rules) get updated.

Let us know if you have any more issues.

    Hi again.
I am having this problem again.
Last time I just disabled the plugin and then enabled it, but this is not working this time.

How do I fix this? And how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

    Thanks again.

Upon further investigation we have found a potential issue with the plugin’s permalink not being initially set when the plugin is first installed.

The next update v0.6.0 will address this issue.

For now you can go into Settings > Permalink and click “Save Changes” .. this will refresh WordPress’ permalinks.
