A social media share plugin that counts shares, including Tumblr?

    Trying to get a decent social share plugin for my site. I’ve been looking for ages and wondering if anyone had recommendations.

    I’d like one that will include share counts and also have Tumblr in there, too. I’ve found some that have Tumblr but they don’t count the amount of shares. Is there a plugin that does this already? Is this incompatible? Or is there any coding I can use in conjunction with a plugin?
