What exactly does Updraft backup?

    Hi,

    All those things are included in an UpdraftPlus backup, yes. WP stores all settings, post, pages, users, etc., in its database – so those are all part of what’s backed up in the database backup. Uploaded media gets stored by WP in the filesystem in the ‘wp-content’ directory, and those go into the files backup.
