How do I edit the code for the default shop page?

A few months ago I edited the code for the default shop page. I now want to redesign it but every time I do it adds in the hardcoded content. I completely forgot how I did this. How do I remove the content? Where is it hardcoded in?
This is the page https://germanhausbarn.com/shop/ if you scroll down below the donate newsletter/donate/contact us bar there are 8 categories and I don’t know how to get rid of them.
