Can't add, delete or edit answers

Can you be more specified by what you mean can’t? Any errors what is the result?

i got the Same problem like Paul.

I cant change the Polls or edit it. I dont know whats wrong, last Month it works great.

There are no updates to WP-Polls since Dec, so unlikely this plugin broke itself. Check your JS error as mentioned in the reply. I am guessing it is Jetpack.

Thanks for your quick response. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you – i’ve been on holiday.

I click on the polls page > manage poll.

On the individual poll i’d like to manage I click on ‘Add answer’. The outline of the button goes blue – nothing else happens.

I’ve tried it in Chrome and IE. Same response.

I enable debugging in chrome – I got this response:

Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined

Can you help me to work out what that means?

Hi Paul.,

Yeap that is likely Jetpack Error https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/1771. See if you can update Jetpack to the latest version (I am not sure if the latest version of Jetpack already fixes it). After updating it, clear your browser cache and CDN cache (if any)

If that doesn’t work, you probably have to post in the Jetpack forum to double check.
