Two sites on Go Daddy have dissapeared

I had two sites on Go Daddy – Lookfitter.com and colorcosmetics.com and then added a third subdomain to the shared hosting. After doing some work on the third domain the other two dissapeared, no body physically deleted anything and now the files have all gone, can anyone shed any light on this? has this happened to anyone else and where would the files have gone onthe godaddy control panel?
