Phone number and PayPal format on user emails

Hi,

I would like to change my form so that when a phone number is entered, is sent to in the user email with the format 250-745-1234 (with the dashes separating some of the numbers. Is there an easy way to modify this?

Also, I am using the PayPal option and need to show the cost of the options on the form. Right now I am just putting the dollar value in the product name but that means that the email shows “Gold – $500 – 500”. I want the email to read “Gold – $500”.
