Costom Feilds…?

  • Hey…what the heck is the costom feild feature for? I really don’t understand it at all.

  • You can use it to add extra information to posts.
    For instance you could create the custom field “song” and with each post enter in what your listening to. This information could then be called up within the wordpress loop.
    As another example you could make a custom field “mood” and store the mood you were in when you wrote the post. happy, angry, etc.
    Make sense?

    Would this be another way to make sticky posts I wonder, make field “sticky” and then pull those out first. It is using the Field as opposed to the contents of the field.
