Site blocked

  • Hey!

    I have a problem that host has blocked my site 3rd time for sending spam – This is because the account contains a security hole and / or resource use entails a load platform is dimensioned, and is to the detriment of other users. Message from Operations: Account misused for sending spam

    Every time I scanned site files there was no infected files, I was using Anti-Malware from GOTMLS and even other tools to find malware, but none.

    I updated WP and plugins + deletes plugins I dont need.

    On this site I have one contact form and I set up CAPTCHA for it.

    Maybe someone have had similar problem and give me some suggestions how to sort this problem out and how to find causes of this.

    check all email accounts on server and disable one’s which you dont use, i will advise to change all existing passwords too.

    also keep wordpress core/themes/plugins updated.

    Hvae done all of that every time I get blocked. Seems that nothing of this helps.

    You don’t have permission to access / on this server
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
