Carusel and slider working with media tags.

  • I can’t get ShortCodes ultimates to work with media tags so I would like to know if it is possible and if so then with which tagging plug-in?

    I am using Media tags (https://www.codehooligans.com/projects/wordpress/media-tags/) but the Ultimate plug-in has priority in this matter.

    the idea was to tag the images I wanted in the carusel and then set “Select Image Sources” to “Taxonomy”. “Select Taxonomy” is then set to “Media-Tags” and the appropriate tag is then selected. Yey – but unfortunately not so. the resulting shortcode:
    [su_carousel source=”taxonomy: media-tags/54″ width=”760″ height=”300″ responsive=”no” pages=”yes” autoplay=”10000″]
    will not work. images not found.

    Is there a way of this so image tags og some kind can be used?

    Sorry for the delay, but I am hung up on work these days.
    I guess my question to you is how you envision media tags to work and if you have it working with any media tag plugin?

    I would like to use it in a page/post/widget where I state that images with tag xxx should be shown. And no – its not a porn site – I just used xxx for whatever tag it might be ??

    If I then wanted to change which images to show, then I need only change the tags on the images. Sorta like that.

    Any thoughts?

    I’m having this same problem. I can clearly see my images tagged properly in the media manager. When I try and add an image slider or carousel and use taxonomy/media-tags to select images it just says: Images not found in preview or post.

    Any update on this?

    same problem and i have opened a new topic – https://bit.ly/1IrOjbV – and try to describe what′s wrong.
    Maybe it′s helpful to read: it works with the WooCommerce plugin. First i thought woocommerce do something like blocking other content-types. But after deactivation the problem is still there. Do you have WooCommerce installed?
    As i wrote, the youtubevideo – https://bit.ly/1JWvTlE – shows funktionality that don′t exists anymore (creating a gallery).

    Do you have foud a solution or other plugin?
