Sportspress Pages Not displaying on Mobile

I am currently running Sportspress on themeboy’s Football Club theme and having issues getting the mobile navbar to display pages of my site.

When accessing the site on a mobile device the navigation only shows the option to “Select a page..” with none of the pages listed as options.

Is there a reason why the pages are not being display?
