Image resize issue with Ultimate-Member

images can’t be resized in UM for profile or cover images if the following plugin is enabled:

if i disable this plugin i can crop or resize the profile image but if it enabled images can’t be resized.

users are unable to resize or crop the image as they want if WP Content Copy Protection is enabled!!
any fix??
