What permissions does this require?

    This plugin doesn’t handle the updates; it just turns on the feature already in WordPress so our ability to answer questions related to that is somewhat limited.

    We just tested the plugin with the All-in-One WP Migration plugin and it was automatically updated successfully, so it doesn’t seem to be a general issue with that particular plugin. Are you getting an email telling you of failed background updates for the All-in-One WP Migration plugin?

    yes, I’m getting an email telling me that upgrades are failing. I have a ticket open with them, and I’ll pass along this info.

    What happens if you try to upgrade the plugin in the WordPress admin interface?
