MySQL database is down

  • hi to all my site is tollywood2bollywood.com

    today when i open my site it says Error establishing a database connection

    i not done anything to it, but it happend. then i goto cpanel Mysql database it shows me
    The MySQL server is currently offline.

    Error while connecting to MySQL: Too many connections Error while connecting to MySQL: Too many connections at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 164, <STDIN> line 1.

    can anyone help me to resolve this issue please and fast
