• Hello! I am using the pro version of s2Member and it has been properly integrated with MailChimp (I think). When new users are added/updated and we click re-process List Servers, the information is updated in MailChimp.

    However, when we delete users, they are not deleted in MailChimp.

    How can we resolve this? Have we overlooked something?

    I’m a little hesitant to use this because it is a relatively new plugin and I have a lot of critical and sensitive data. Does s2Member not do this natively? It seems strange that they would add to MailChimp but not delete from MailChimp.

    If only I had a dollar for everyone who said “Surely X plugin should also do Y”! If all those plugins did all those things, everyone’s sites would be heavily bloated and moving at the speed of a snail. Be careful what you wish for!

    The developer of that plugin is krumch, who is regularly on this forum. I doubt you’ll have problems.

    I forgot to thank you earlier for the link. I apologize! I totally understand what you mean about XY. But it just feels strange that a plugin would only sync information uni-directionally. I’m sure krumch will be able to help ??

    Krum has a plugin that does the bidirectional integration. Check this video:
