    Hello,
    1) No, you can display a map of location automatically using the “page load results” tab of the form editor.
    2) Yes, the address fields accepts any form of address.
    3) No, Global Maps add-on is not required to be able to display results on the map without a search.

that’s weird. I have those options selected but the map is not showing only the search.

The problem with some zipcodes as well as some city names is that they exists in more than one country/state. When that is the case Google API does not know to which zipcdoe you are referring to and it might geocode the wrong one and GEO my WP will display results based on that.

In your case Google API geocodes the zipcode 3978, for example, which is in Switzerland instead of the one in Australia.

Take a look at this search results using the zipcode 3978 with very large radius value and you will see the results. As well you will see the blue marker set in Switzerland.

To try and overcome this issue go to GEO my WP Settings page ( dashboard -> GEO my WP -> Settings -> General Settings tab ) and fill out the country code input box.
Also check the Client-side geocoder checkbox ( in the same settings page .
